Not music this time - Improv Comedy! I make my debut on the SAK stage with my very talented SAK U classmates for our graduation show!

If you’ve been to a SAK show, you know the format… if not, think “Whose Line Is It Anyway” - completely improvised scenes, skits, games, that all result in hilarity or train wrecks (which is actually even funnier).

And admission is FREE! So what’s your excuse? You have none! None, I say!

SAK is located in the parking garage at the Orlando Centroplex, corner of Amelia and Hughey. For info and directions, call 407-648-0001, or clicky on www.sak.com.

PARKING NOTE: There is a Magic game that night, so the garage will be charging for parking, and there is a risk of it being full. I would suggest carpool & bring cash, or park downtown and catch the Lymmo (also free!) which will bring you right into the garage and drop you at SAK’s doorstep.

We’re back at Cricketer’s Arms in September and October! This is a triumphant return - we haven’t played Cricketer’s since they moved from the old location, so here’s to the beginning of a renewed, beautiful friendship.

Cricketer’s is an Orlando institution, having been THE pub of choice for local hospitality and tourism employees to gather as they get off work. Really, is anyone shocked that Billy Mays most likely died of a heart attack? After all, we have hours of footage of him getting totally worked up over the smallest things, like throwing a ball of detergent into the wash or shoving a hook through drywall. His adrenaline levels would be pushed to the edge at just the idea of chopping onions with a plastic gadget instead of a knife.

All that excitement was bound to catch up with him.

This was a very unfortunate part of the show, when Jay lost his teeth and I passed a kidney stone right on stage.

Meet the Baldies!

Yes, that is my enormous hand and Guinness.

On the left is John. Later that night, he, my friend Matt, and I went to the IHOP for some late night eats. When came time to settle up, we were told our check was covered. Why? Because apparently someone at another table overheard our conversation and was offended by something we were saying, so naturally, their server surreptitiously paid for our meal.

Don’t try to figure it out. We’re still scratching our heads over how that makes any kind of sense at all. But why argue reason and logic when there’s a free meal involved?
